After exchanging finally a helmet that works!

Kudos to Amazon for the quick delivery and easy returns.
Because there has been return.
Despite the appearance quality, listening proved disastrous; No musical homogeneity, inaudible voice.
And, whatever the source (different MP3 players, stereo, computer), the file format (MP3, WMA, Flac) or various settings of the equalizer.
I hope the headset returned in exchange for it will confirm that it was only a blip and that it will recover my review rating.
Update 12/17/12: Good finish, comfortable, well it heats a little ears.
Good sound that gets better over the tracks but given the rave reviews, I expected better.
An extension cable without remote control or micro aprciable would, especially as these only work with a limited number of devices.
