Having 4-5 kilos to lose but being so greedy that I constantly was failing with other regimes, it is MIRACULOUS: you can eat everything -even fries !!! and even chocolate !! 2 caught my cute - we should only eat them at the right time of day. The only drawback is to change the way he alimenter- not sweet at breakfast, hard, hard! and not being a big fan of meat, I sometimes struggle to eat the required amounts.
