Update: I had the return not yet been initiated, when Bundesrat filed autonomously with me and told me that they have read my negative review. I was also informed that a new device is already on its way to me. That's what I call customer service. The new device works perfectly since then.
I bought a small alternative to travel me the device. At the 2nd time in use, the device switched off (was apparently too hot) and was no longer usable. Great idea, poor implementation. Too bad!
