Since my wife uses an older model Sigg and this problem does not occur there, I have compared the two bottles. My newer model has a plastic filling in the Entlüftungsnabe the screw cap. Furthermore, it should be noted that the older models have an epoxy coating inside, these can withstand temperatures greater than 40 ° C slack off. Unfortunately epoxy internal coatings health risk (bisphenol A - problem).

With my edited Sigg Water Bottle I am now satisfied. But is more to be expected for this price and the name Sigg. Perhaps the future model releases are again functioning on its own.
