After two defective use

The charging adapter was used only twice, after that it was defective. The trader, the device relies on the burden of proof since more than a year old. Now I have to prove that the fault was present from the beginning. This fact is though to suggest but not to prove. So No exchanges made within the 2-year warranty. The behavior of the dealer's PDA SQUARE may be legally acceptable but is in no way customer friendly. Conclusion for me: these traders flee future.
