But it is important the correct application that is not immediately apparent to the novice:
Pull 1) short cap
Pull 2) long cap, plug instead of the short cap
3) provide with grinder stone vertically upwards on the table, hold down to rotate about 30 °, so that the less strong rounding of the rod is laterally
Hold 4) knife horizontally and as described in the instructions applied to the stone, on both sides 5-10 times' pull over, done!
If you proceed with this method, you get also the angle out perfectly and without a lot of practice, otherwise it's difficult.
My little blunt Sentinel had to pull over almost 10x Rasierschärfe!
