Why did I buy this book?

Well, it is a regime as another, the title is "the new IG PLAN". As in all plans there are prohibitions, and stuff to eat even when not hungry And that is the problem
Many instead of the word marks "generic" to believe they have shares ... Especially in Ebly!
The "diary" of foods allowed for the different phases (just like the famous plan Duc--) at the end is very limited, personally there is a lot of "brands" that I do not buy.
This diet is fashionable and not so "new" it incorporates the principle of Diet food in less drastic and therefore less harmful to health.
Maybe interesting for those who have sugar problems, and even
I read (almost) in full, which is why I did not return to Amazon, but I regret that compulsive buying.
