Who has a sufficient amount of free time available, which is in healthy playing time only a maximum of 3-4 days need to go through it to normal. I personally, as casual gamers have taken longer, but through flashbacks after each solved level (Chapter) falls the introduction to the history nich too difficult. And that's important, because the story is the most important in this game. This begins thrilling, but for opposite end it looks rather flat, but remains despite the dense atmosphere that drives the game, not boring.
Ultimately, I never had the feeling that overwhelmed the control one, or that otherwise any things frustrated. The one-eighth what was annoyed, if you wanted to make a possessed just harmless, always an unexpectedly attacked from behind, the one does not expect to be in a panic then dive, in the teaching room and that one then with torches or stun grenades just to had to throw. Probably belongs to the game, but on a higher level of difficulty that will probably more stressful ... :(
Alsooo ... all in one Alan Wake is a successful, exciting and most of all exciting game! The criticized in many graphics on my part exaggerated. The only thing to complain about would, that's it became quite monotonous to some extent. For comparison in Resi 5 there are more quick-time moments and Unlockables ......
ps with headphones increases the horror effect considerably .....
