Due to the great recession, I was hoping for a miracle, but unfortunately I still have very dry knuckles! It's become a bit better, but I have since been properly lubricated so that it is better. And the smell is very borderline, I think. But that's a matter of taste! The cream is ok, and definitely better than the commercial, but I would not buy again!
