Having yet assessed the length of the cable clearly wrong (3 meters would have done it), I was too lazy to send the item back and gave him a chance anyway.
The cable does what it should. The signals are transmitted smoothly from my HTPC to my system. Disturbances, there are (of course) and no plug clipping perfectly into the bushes. Strong buy recommendation!
