Discreetly, the part behaves in every respect. It just does it. It is not warm, does not smell, turn off after a power failure quickly. The only disadvantage is that only a power supply cable included that a single barrel connector has (quite thick, probably 5.5 / 2.x mm). The did not fit into the connected camera. So I had both power cords "slaughter" and connect the plugs with cable clamps. That does not quite fit into the piano black finish of the device, but the function does not detract.
