I was about to put 5 but after one week I saw stains on the blade. the blade is sharp HYPER, robust but a bit too thick. I bought this knife to cut the lemon, it cuts it like ham but 5 days, traces (oxidation?) marked indelibly way the knife. the cutting edge remains but it's not beautiful! the sleeve is as big as the knife, it's a shame and the blade is beefy certe suddenly cut way too thick slices :( if apart from that, c super material! I recommend
