I bought this game for 9.99 and had to realize that it was more than that value;))

It builds on Part 3 and is a worthy successor:

Süchtigkeitfaktor (you can now + and - say)
The fractions are different and yet balanced.
In Story, history etc. much was invested.
+ 2 addons that make the whole thing better.

Conclusion: There are only 2-3 negative (Overview underground, sometimes elongated campaign missions) and a lot of positive aspects of the Games, for fans of the series which have not yet - buy for those who do not know the series a great way for little money reinzuschnuppern.
