This cable is the shortest found on Amazon, and more generally on the Internet. Be careful, as always with the cables, the indicated length includes plastic plugs. The flexible portion is only 7.5 cm! Luckily, this is exactly what I wanted. The cable is quite thick and very solid, it inspires confidence. Given the thickness and the short size, it is not super flexible, but it is not annoying. The performances are with go: I reach 150 MB / s read, this is the same value as when the key is plugged directly into a USB 3.0 jack.
Only flaw that makes me pull a star: the metal of the socket is a little compressed by plastic, this decision is very hard. No problem for me (I'll leave my key connected permanently above), but for an extension that needs to connect and disconnect regularly, unfortunately. Fortunately, the plug has no worries.
