I am very pleased overall. It is slightly transparent and protects the soil optimally.
The small knobs that are designed to prevent slippage of the mat are advised in my opinion a little bit too short. The mat travels anyway - though much less than without. But: Perhaps this can not be avoided completely.
The solid material from which this product is made, gives a very rugged impression. Also, surprisingly, on the mat itself no traces of the roles of my office chair are (so far) visible - and now after 8 months of use.
I would recommend this product very much!
