Comfort:
The headset is very comfortable to wear, he flatters himself almost to the ears. It expresses nowhere, neither to the mussels, still on the bracket. You can tell these headphones not the head. What I could imagine that the comfort in midsummer certainly suffers a bit and you will bring me much rather sweat under the headphones, but this probably is the problem of all over-ear headphones.
Sound Quality:
Typical Bose! I use the headphones really only via Bluetooth, because I travel a lot and have been doing always bothered me the cable. And all other available Bluetooth headset on the market have me not as enthusiastic as the AE2w. This does not require any active Noice-canceling because you are alone isolated from the music so that you hardly will notice noise. It has a crystal clear sound, both the highs and the bass, it's a real pleasure to listen to the music AE2w!
Service:
Clear and simple. The connection via iPhone / Tablet is easily manufactured and is reliable and stable! Only in the connection with computers there are major problems, although this is not likely the problem of the headphones, but the partly very different standard of devices with which you want to connect. Since you can not blame but Bose. The buttons are easily accessible and big enough.
Negative points:
There is little that is negative. After about two months of use to me but a point falls but on significantly. The attachment of the ears at the joint of the bracket is not implemented so satisfactory. This is creaking now after two months but noticeably. The problem is that these sounds transmitted to the bracket and yet partially interfere with the benefits of the headphones very, just once you've not heard loud music. Because these sounds are clearly heard, if you put the headphones. Trying to eliminate this creaking with silicone spray, has worked only for about an hour. Then was heard the creak again when you move your head. Sorry, but I find that bad solved, the other manufacturers have implemented better.
Also I would have liked a little more stable bag and not just a cloth bag. Since the headset is not so far collapsible, such as the MX550 Sennheiser are the mussels also not as well protected against dirt when transporting the headphones in a pocket or backpack. For the price a clever pocket should go without saying.
Thus I come to 2 months usage unfortunately only in 4 out of 5 stars.
