Have the B235-M spent two weeks in operation and I'm (almost) enthusiastically.
I use it to make calls via Lync and confer and to be simultaneously connected to the smartphone.
Positive
- The comfort (even when wearing glasses, am a) is good for me you can make it a long time on the ear without which it is uncomfortable at some point you realize no longer the unit
- Voice quality is usually 1a, I understand everything well and my interlocutors also confirm a good sound
-. The scope of supply with transport box incl Charging and docking station for desk is very good, more does not need one
- I'll go with one battery charge for several days, being with me but perhaps along comes an Estimated talk time of 2-3 hours per day.
- Nice gimmick - Interlocutors are announced by name when you connect through his contacts in Outlook or in the phone and you can talk simply with voice commands "Answer", there are more voice commands but I use really only answer a call
- You get informed by voice when you leave the reception area or re-enters (telephone 1 (or PC) connected, phone 1 (or PC) separately)
- The support of Plantronics I used for a few special requests and find it very good. It has been tuned a free 0800 number and then on the phone also competent German-speaking coworkers. So you do not communicate with any call center in Eastern Europe or even further away with their employees English or German only sketchy is what then makes it difficult to solve problems unnecessarily.
Negative
- The range is more than adequate for me but with a partition then with me to 5m final with a good connection. But that, other headsets certainly not better ;-)
Conclusion
- Very good headset for frequent callers with multiple devices, from my side highly recommended

- After 1 1/2 years of intensive use is still very happy with the headset ;-))))
