Graphics: 10/10
The light and shadow play is great, fire raises credible light games to the wall, see torch cone phenomenal from the shadows are very clean and sharp with the appropriate setting. Gunfire flashed through the tunnel, bursting lamps sparks and brighten momentarily the Metro. Red alarm lights bathe rooms and corridors of the Metro in true hotspots of atmosphere. I have partially halted while playing and have just enjoyed the graphics.
the textures are very high (I'm playing with a GTX570)
Advanced PhysX is quite nice:
Smoke and fire look better with AdvancedPhysX than I have ever seen in games. Good Work.
Tessellation:
At the highest level, it looks great, but eating too much performance to me - I have left it on Normal and it also looked very good.
Performance-hungry:
It runs brilliantly on the GTX570 - much better than its predecessor - Last Light feels much more precise on when Metro 2033 - very good! Only Cover your effects I have taken out, no idea who needs something like this: D -
Graphic Conclusion:
Crysis 3 example was good, but Metro Last Light is better matched, in my opinion and also runs better performance for the offered graphic splendor.
Weather effects - BOAH - so would have to look Stalker! Storm, rain, lightning and thunder is fantastic and made me dive into play.
What I noticed is negative: The facial animation - too little, too lax - better to get there could be still there to hone eg horror, anger, fear, curiosity, etc. or even the language lip sync.
Gameplay 9/10
Now, taken as a whole makes Last Light much right, it's fun, it asks, ammunition is scarce, however, who shoots well, considered before going or melee kills makes it logically easier and later enough ammunition. The only thing that bothered me a bit that the human opponents to little fan out and actively search for the attacker. I have "only" played on normal difficulty and found it from OK, but somehow not strenuous enough to kill human opponents. Monsters are on normal nimble and hard enough, the human opponents unfortunately too stupid :) - hence the deduction for little clever AI Metro residents.
Next passage: the Ranger mode and Difficulty: Difficult is determined more interesting and frustrating enough.
Opponents 8/10
Hui, so to nasty critters are not lacking, the Artiom want ans leather.
Human opponents - interesting if you raise the alarm wirds uncomfortable, otherwise harmless. Field of view in my opinion is too small - you sit 90 ° next to them in the semi-darkness and they see a not (to normal) - too bad.
Monster - often very nimble, Frightening and heavy dead to get - predicate: "Quite Fies" - just the Scrimps walked me right in the ass, especially the mega Scrimp with its armor plating. Whoever does not think and sent Claymores uses lignifies the entire Muni and is frustrated. Like me. I think I've played the Fight to 10x worked it xD. After that I was glad to have done it but.
Items 10/10:
Just the right amount of items and weapons - not too much - not too little. There is an attachment system for weapons, which is fun in any case, and offers useful extensions.
Very interesting hand from Dynamo Metro 2033 provides the power for flashlight, night vision or to kick-start generators where the battery croaks, can serve. Cool feature and makes it interesting.
Gas mask - Oh how glorious it is horny, gas mask out and down into the open air, blood / water / dirt / spinning its wipes you with a quick click of the G key from the visor. Pretty cool I just say and looks great.
Lighter - your cartridges Lighter help you every now and then when power is all, or you have nothing. Torches can catch fire so when you go closer to it. Also made beautiful.
Story (clean told conclusive, is plausible and has satisfied me):
Without giving away too much: I liked the story very much and some of them also stimulates thought on (I like to play) - diverse villains and associations Tete and also the end (I do not know if there are several ends, hope but) was fine and closed the circle of Metro for me until further notice.
Presented Charactäre have recognition value and are great animated. The English dubbing is very good and I liked (being big fat Russians rarely have a fistelige high boy's voice, and you can not then take ERNT ^^).
I have not played it in German - I'm NEVER, since they are almost always poorly synchronized and listless or try too hard to be something they are not (überkandideln). Who is the Russian powerful - should take Russian, I'm good at English, so do not need subtitles losgehts :).
Sound: 9/10
also great class, effects, monsters, weather sounds, Itemgeräusche, everything sounds saugeil - Explosions rumble through the tunnels of the Metro, gunfire can beep the ears, and the tinkle of empty shell casings on the ground round fights cleanly. You then radiograms on the ear, roaring enemy hordes commands to call itself, Last Light is really a lot of fun.
The outer level have me personally liked most of the soundscape. Only the roar of the monster of thunder in the background - the rustle in the grass, jumping a windowpane - everything is very well done in my opinion 4A-Games.
Only once a dialogue has not been reproduced by the onset of a storm / storm loud enough. Not game decides stupid but if you want to hear what is being said.
Conclusion:
The purchase was worth it and I am satisfied - Should there be DLC, which I am not averse, if they would examine alternative storylines. Time otherwise constitute or sometimes quite twisted: held Garnicht in the Metro but would follow a completely different story. Am open to everything.
For me, Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light what "Stalker - Shadow of Chernobyl" and how the whole stalker parts all hot, should have been.
Great game and great entertainment. For me quite 45 value - the quality that is offered, agrees completely.
