1. Design: the system is simple and intuitive. go wrong `s not really. The whole thing reminds me of my model railway of yesteryear.
2. parts diversity: there almost every conceivable part which could even somehow need to be network build accurately.
3. Irrigation: simple, efficient, perfectly adjusted to the individual water requirements of various plants.
The only drawback: the items are not exactly cheap, but if you look at the benefits and time savings, then we accept that.
The starter has of course not enough for us (especially the pressure regulator suited our needs undersized) and a few parts left over - but you can live with. But to start, it is so far ok, as that will bring other hard to find out what parts you need for accurate, because you do not know the system ausrechend.
Conclusion: good entry in the Micro-Drip-matter that impressed if your perfection and simplicity. Too bad now and the Same-casting has definitely been fun. But the Water Computer has indeed a manual off switch. Buy recommendation!
edit March 2013: To date, the system works perfectly. The controller must now be replaced 1 time and batteries you need min. 3 per season. From time to time one or the other of the sealing compounds dissolves during the winter months on (go unnoticed), but that can be replaced easily and inexpensively. Nozzles must be vented at the beginning of the season and readjusted. At the end of the season pressure regulator and control unit to be dismantled and 2 - 3 connections resolved by the lines to empty. Nevertheless, you can save over the summer months an extremely long time, because I pour only from time to time by tube, 90% accepts the Microdrip system. In three weeks absence, the installation is the rescue. Conclusion after 5 years: System is highly satisfactory!
