I have often read that the bread pan will be very small. I agree. I looked around for a (cheap) alternative and am found it. A round soufflé dish with a diameter of 20 cm fits exactly on the site of "sieve". So sieve out, soufflé dish clean, finished. I bought "approximately 20 cm Galeria home soufflé dish" for the 10 and already made in her a chocolate tart. The heat distribution is unaffected, otherwise I could not see any disadvantages that would argue against the use.
