Captivating, original book, the story is different for once we move away a little from the classic pattern for this type of trilogy (tragedy, romance, tragedy and re-mad by love necessarily in that order lol). Here none of this is immersed in a terrifying universe distressing limit at times. The hero is a boy once and study its reactions and behavior as and is very addictive. This does not necessarily work for teens. The film adaptation output in 2014 is pretty close to the cinema and rather well transcribed all the emotions of the book so it can appeal to those who have seen and conversely those who have read the book will not be too disappointed by the film.
