This book allows to sort in our races. And, sure, it changes our purchasing trends. Thus we continue to buy the famous chocolate spread but is stopped buying some cheese (with a cow on it). The explanations are listed in tables by themes (baby milk, frozen French fries, stewed ... for example.) What I liked is that at the end of the book there is the "ideal" menu (the less catastrophic calorically) to choose when we go eat at McDonalds, KFC or the Quick ... nice right?
