Amazing service, the provider SANI-ALT!

Without going into differentiated on the weaknesses of this product, is the purchase of this seller (SANI-ALT) strongly discouraged! The bottle has a drain plug which has serpentine perforations made me unrecognizable reasons, so it is leaking in any case. To prevent the accidental outflow of urine from the bottle, the manufacturer has inserted a latex or silicone disc reasons of sealing inside. One day, after draining the urine disappeared this rubber (probably in the toilet) and thus the bottle for the original purpose is no longer usable. 6 weeks before I contacted the company. SANI-ALT first time and asked for replacement of a plug (also for a fee). My phone number. was recorded and announced a recall. After a week of new call - this time in another friendly lady - who wrote down my number again and promised rapid completion.. The third call again one week later showed the same scenario, with the first time the staff member said that no note was created, especially not my phone number. Again rapid assistance was promised.

When multiple calls after another week took to the normal business hours from the handset nobody, so I with caller could make contact finally. These 4. Associate confirmed that no notice was filed, but only the number of my doctor's office, I had not given.

I gave it formal notice of 1 hour, in order to clarify how the me undisclosed supplier ("trade secret") can provide replacement, otherwise I would get in touch with the manager or owner. Surprisingly, there was a recall that would included as part of the next order a replacement screw, but only in 12 (i. W. twelve) WEEKS !!! This offer I declined with thanks.

Through Internet research, I was able to make the manufacturers in France identified and described in French the problem. I was promised immediate redress and a free delivery within the usual delivery period.

A renewed call from the company. SANI-ALT revealed that they had plenty of bottles in stock, but wanted to unscrew the plug in any bottle, as they then "incomplete" is yes. The reference to other order deadlines resulted in little insight in the associate. "Be glad that you have found the replacement, after all, you have lost it, yes!"

1. it is not about a "verbaseltes" part, but the request to provide replacement.
2. When I call four times in your company at weekly intervals and always get the information that you take care of this, that's a lousy service.
3. I asked for a replacement part, which I would have paid, but even that is too much of your company.
4. Just as I did it, you could have asked having regard to the manufacturer to provide a replacement.
5. I have not asked to return yet complained, but in the knowledge that you keep this part demonstrably in stock to send requested.
6. On your thanks I can do without, because I had plenty of trouble myself to seek a simple rubber part.
7. Her tone indicates to me that you actually work unprofessional, if you need a supplier twelve weeks to get a replacement part, along the lines of: in a quarter we can get a replacement valve for your hose.
8. Your threat for an alleged crime and willful deceit disqualified you and your company for this product business.
9. Assuming that this letter comes (without a signature) by the managing director Christoph old, I can at this authoritarian tone imagine the good working atmosphere (criticism undesirable!).
