I ordered a set of 3 pans (22/26/28 cm) and I got a stove set (20/24/26 cm) so I returned (FORMAL AFTER CHECKING DIMENSIONS POELES ORDERED ) for a replacement with the product I ordered. I received the same stoves (too small). Having requested a new replacement stating that there must be an error code on your site, I was contacted by your services supporting me that I had received the ordered stoves and after verification, the announcement was stupor changed.
I AM NOT SENILE AND DO NOT BE INVENTED THE DIMENSIONS OF PU POELES ORDERED THAT I REALLY, more a comment had been posted by another client for the same error dimensions.
WHEN YOU CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR BEARING AN ERROR OF YOUR HAND MADE GOOD: THE DIMENSIONS OF STOVES HAVE CHANGED BUT NOT ected CHARACTERISTICS (measurements and weight of the packaging correspond to stoves I ordered and not those I received).

To err is human but to take customers for idiots is much less !!!!
