As AMD fanboy of the first hour, the new system had to be AMD again.
Why I have chosen for this processor and against Intel? very easily:

1. "realtiv" niederiger TDP. 95 watts at a 6 Kerner can cool without great hullabaloo.
Namely hereby:
Zalman CNPS 7X LED CPU cooler
I do not play it, I wanted to have to virtualize. I have the past 5 frames in any game regardless.

2. The price. In contrast to comparable Intel cheaper. And the required additional components (Eben cooler, motherboard) saves over Intel also another 30%.

3. 3-year warranty on Boxed- variant. The accompanying fan but you can throw away safely. But for the premium over commodity tray of only 2-3 euros to longer gets just 1 year warranty.

Why do I only give 4 stars, despite the "great" review?
Very easily:
Either build AMD times reasonable fan to or lowers the price of the goods to Tray Boxed significantly and will void the warranty also at 3 years.
