Size and feel is excellent, the term of an eternity, the IPS display is really nice to look at and quite minimalist but very latest Android 4.4 runs great.
Of course, there are devices with a higher-contrast display, a better battery, more memory and a better camera in particular. However one defines these then at least twice on the counter and still has to live with the one or other compromise.
At this price there is in my opinion simply not comparable. Hence from me 5 stars.
