For its third publication, the Dogma Chamber Orchestra offers two "firsts": its own very close to the original quartet version 8 and an expansion to the world of string orchestra of 24 preludes for piano opus 34 of Shostakovich. These presentations therefore a goal, perfectly rendered: we prove if necessary that this music has a symphonic dimension. The author of the arrangement of preludes, Korchmar G. (born in 1947), remains very faithful to the original, but it is true that without losing sight of the percussivité keyboard, a dimension both rough, soft, strident or rumbling added to enlargement impossible held keyboard sound brings more. This is not a simple repetition is a musical exemplification.
