The album is of course not a milestone and not reinventing the rock and roll, but a come the songs sound familiar, but that makes the plate by no means bad.
I definitely recommend buying the "Deluxe Edition" which comes in a very nice book-like shape and all the songs lyrics, and photos of the band and includes additionally provides course 4 additional class songs.
Especially "The world's not set in stone" is a blast of should definitely not go down.
The four bonus tracks fit perfectly with the rest of the album and complete this.
General I absolutely recommend to play the following songs:
Flick of the finger, soul love, iz rite, scond bite of the apple, Shine a Light, ballroom figured and start anew.
Flick of the finger, just a strong opener with great horns, leaves you wanting more.
Soul Love, the second track convinces with its dark atmosphere and strong production.
Iz rite transport you back to the good old times of old Be Here Now Oasis days.
Second bite of the apple, loved and hated at the same time, I personally think the track quite capable party and lyrics are rather unimportant for me, goes well forward.
Shine A Light is simply a horny point, the backing vocals fit, we had a good rhythm, great!
Ballroom figured, wow, Liam and a guitar, nothing more, great atmosphere, great vocals. Fantastically beautiful.
Start anew, perfect end to the normal album version, easier to launch the view increases enormously from the center. Great production, I'm happy.
All in all, you can put a plan of course still, therefore I give "only" 4/5 stars. The big hits like missing, but the album convinces by its homogeneity and it actually fall off little songs.
One can only treat the men that the album will be appreciated according to the market. I am more than satisfied and look forward to the upcoming tour where many songs certainly be again reached another level.
