Yummy in all situations where you want to have something fluffy. I always like to sprinkle me what in the blender, then the shake is a little harder and tastes slightly nutty. But also wrapped around bread or cereal that pop Amaranth is very loose. I'm a fan and very impressed by the very quick delivery at a reasonable price. Great product and packaged in small quantities also fresh longer.
