All this was the successor to do better and he is doing well!
+ Very decent brightness (even with solar films are quite easily recognizable)
+ Option to move the image "analog" is great, so that you can do it perfectly on the screen when the projector is securely mounted
+ Zoom factor is very rich, because you have a lot of leeway on the question, where the projector is to be installed
+ In the remote control laser pointer is built - funny and sometimes even convenient feature
+ The resolution detection works quickly and accurately. No matter what signal I fed the projector until now, he has eaten it immediately and quickly set it
+ Very convenient: If you have the beamer times accidentally turned too early, you can do it once again (with the old projector, I had to wait for the shutdown phase, before I could turn it on again)
0 fairly realistic colors (green sometimes even fed something red are dark unfortunately still not perfect)
0 The resolution of 1280 x 800 is certainly not a FullHD, enough for me personally but fine. One must also consider how much you still have to pay for a full HD projector at the moment. For movies, the full advantage of the 720P image definitely is super - all I need somehow not real
0 the lamp price is around 170-180 euros and the lamps keep the manufacturer between 2000 and 3000 hours, which is in comparison with my previous Beamer a bit expensive, but overall still considered quite favorable and also to be expected in the brightness ...
- At the full 4,000 ANSI lumens, the fan is clearly audible (at 3000 Ansi he is still in the inconspicuous area)
- The auto-format detection does not really work quite the way it's best. I often have to manually between 16: 9 (movies) and 4: 3 (PC) switch so that it is correct.
- The 4: 3 screen is much smaller (about 20%) than the 16: 9 image so that here much screen space remains unused. One could, of course, compensate with the zoom of the beamer, but it I have at every changeover not really fancy.
All in all a damn solid and flexible projector with which you definitely can do more to show than presentations. For me it is now in any case an integral part of my living room media solution !!
