It pains me to give Stephen Hunter only three stars, but I have to do it. Havana does not measure up to Hot Springs, and Especially to Pale Horse Coming (the other two EARL Swagger novels). If you are a fan Stephen Hunter, than Havana Is Still Worth reading as there is development of characters who appear in other novels. While this one did not like me grave Hunter's other books do, I am still glad I read it.
