V13 I begenete therefore with considerable skepticism, but a completely new, powerful system now demanded almost obligatory for the latest version.
The installation succeeded without any problems (the DVD though was also "cloudy" as described by some other reviewers, but read or installation problems, there was no). Only the opening screen, you may but the computer restart before installing, bugged after the third restart, and so I continued without fourth reboot - which was no problem. This repetitive warning screen seems to be a natural hedge Nuance ;-)
I had only read a surprisingly short text, and already announced Dragon "finished". And indeed - the recognition accuracy is again improved very significantly, and dictations succeed practically actually errors, particularly of exotic concepts and technical terms apart. But the Dragon learns quickly.
Even the supplied headset is very good, though a bit tight sitting. Another advantage is that a Y-adapter is included for computers that have only one 4-pin connector for the headset in place of the old 2-plug standards with separate micro and headphone port. So without any problems and use immediately.
The first text was equal to a long, complicated conflict in an interim-of disposal methods, and because the new version suggested Wacker. A secretary is scarcely could have done better.
Advantage is that numbers are now recognized as such by default and a number of new and improved commands exist.
All in all a great success.
Although I would like limiting mention again that the installation was carried out on a whole new, almost "virgin" system without ballast and was easily this reason alone; how the Instalaltion designed on an older, studded with a lot of software system, I can not say. Another small caveat is that in some software can not be dictated directly, for example in Thunderbird. Here one uses just the Dictation and copies the text in the other application - all in all not a problem.
