The first 300 hours, I was thrilled to be changed permanently the image: Error: ever stronger "image stuttering" of the background at Kamara pans, so no liquid scroll but a "jumping" of the images - totally annoying and tiring. I had to send the device to England, got to a Behilfsverpackung delivered that could not really secure the transport. Everything described in detail, after weeks back - allegedly set plays only new software - now this effect was even more pronounced, and a lot of other problems in the image quality. Another time to England !!! Everything discussed in detail orally and in writing in English attached - not in the service center speaks German. Promise that now an "experienced technician" would look at my unit. After weeks same Sch ....... The unit had been on delivery status - this all counters (eg for lamp life) been deleted without notice of the previous count. Now the image had a gray border, but the "picture stuttering" was really changed: It now made not less bigger jumps, but quite a lot smaller ... Conclusion: Each Panning the background is blurred and twitching after some time hurt your eyes ... I was all cost so much time and energy that I let the unit run more as long as the lamp lasts, and then off into the ton with great loss, because such a scrap would complain about everyone I wanted to sell the part , People, you do not do at the - at first everything looks mostly very good, but God help if something does not work - and expensive with such a device! You have virtually no impact on it, what happened, who does what as if the engineers at all the damage reports, etc. And get right with each new attempt it seems to you to return the unit to your own full risk to England.
