Use the Photo Cam III for my SX20IS and am really amazed by the efficiency of the batteries.
Even after a day of intensive use of the Cam with about 600 images (many with flash), and about a 3/4 hour video recording is not empty the batteries.
The charger works on the material produces high not quite as high, but provides a firm grip for the battery and loads quite quickly without significant heat development. (About 4 1/2 hours)

Conclusion: Affordable and Powerful Battery / Charger - Kombi. Absolute recommendation!
