IMAGE QUALITY (BQ):
I'm more of a sober type and can not describe in detail the poetic BQ.
First the good news: The 24MP sensor has plenty of power Tea kettle!
It's easy to like the quality. The photos are extremely sharp and brilliant. A higher ISO speed setting is not taboo with the A7.
Enlargements are completely unproblematic. For the 24MP sensor namely tidy air.
I think also Pixelpeeper likely as their difficulty in finding the quality to complain about something.
The raw data have a lot of reserves for processing under Lightroom or other programs. It brightens example shadow on, then get so many details to light before the noise starts.
Before I had the A7 Olympus E-M1. What most disturbed me at the Olympus is that when shooting outdoors the sky looks fast structureless and white. This is no longer the case with Sony.
HOUSING / Steering:
For housing, I would no longer say as much. In my pretty little men hands the camera fits perfectly. The controls are completely okay placed. The pressure point is clean.
For software: transfer passengers will require a conversion period. If you have, however, embarked on the menu structure, then you have no more trouble and the system can operate as fast as others. Engage it mean especially to accept the software as it is, without continually to draw comparisons with other systems.
The camera can be personalized well, that many control buttons can be assigned freely to your own taste. I personally like the function menu. It may be in this category, 12 functions to store, to which one wants to access frequently.
LENS REPLACEMENT:
Everyone has to be about the fact that with every lens change the sensor is exposed, and is completely unprotected in any event clear. For this reason it is advisable to hold the camera with the sensor downwards.
And of course you should not change the lens if you look at the degree in a sandstorm (whether beach, whether desert or on the moon, etc.) is, in the rain or snow storm. In these cases, even the best camera-seal does not bring anything.
LENS SELECTION:
The Sony ILCE full-frame series is still a very young system. It should therefore be clear that not a Lens range comes from one day to the market, which is similar to those of Nikon or Canon.
First Sony brings out the logical focal lengths that are more universal and reaches a broad range of buyers. I am thinking especially of the 55mm f1.8 and the 35mm f2.8. Which have already been tested multiple times. What I am delighted that Sony relies on two high imaging quality. So there are clearly premium lenses.
Anyway, the 55mm is already on my shopping list.
Other lenses have already been announced for 2014 and 2015.
AF / MF:
The autofocus is fast enough for my needs. Also in the inner space with party lights. My motives have become what all. The AF seat almost always.
For MF there is focus peaking and a zoom function. Using the sharp viewfinder is manually crowd are not a problem.
DISPLAY:
Only three words: fast, clear, high-resolution.
The lack of ability to touch the screen at all I lack. I look at it like this: A technical error source less.
EVF / SEEKER:
The viewfinder is dissolved huge and very fine. I wear glasses have few problems with the viewfinder.
SHUTTER (-SO-):
Many resent the shutter sound. He was much too loud and the vibrations caused by the shutter transmitted to the tripod. At least, the reports of many Sony A7 owners.
I see it differently. Finally, a camera sounds again really good for photo camera. Recently I heard a similar lovely click sound at the Leica M9. To me it brings a lot of joy to trigger the camera.
Sometimes I look for the reason why one the shutter volume so much criticized. And I do sometimes comes a thought: Spanner?

BATTERY:
Jaja, the battery performance. Here is a small flaw, but one can be master quickly. A second battery is a mandatory purchase. A third battery might nor a recommendation.
The small battery from the NEX series is just not persevering enough for the full-Beast and the high-performance processor under the hood.
CHARGER:
Be sure to buy it!
Sony does not supply an external charger with the camera (which is stupid).
Expandability / APP:
Just like the recent NEX models, allows the A7 expand with additional software. For example
I looked at the timelapse app purchased (9.99). A bit unfortunate, it is already. Compared to
Sony, Olympus manages this function is equal to the camera (Olympus OM-D E-M1) to integrate.
MY OPINION THE BOTTOM LINE:
On the way to work and other occasions, I have the camera very often in your pocket. It is just too easy to make them at home. I've been using the A7 therefore an excellent Always-In-Camera in his luggage. Each release is for me a true feast for the ears (Note: for me!).

OTHER THOUGHTS:
I am very pleased that Sony has launched a mirrorless camera with full-frame sensor on the market look. It's also an experiment for Sony to enter this unknown territory. After all, this has not yet dared manufacturer. I press Sony fingers crossed that this trip will be a success.
Now it is a matter to bring lenses on the market, which are not equal in the premium class. Thus, the need to be more attractively priced.
Moreover, it is to keep important buyers, in which the firmware is maintained and user needs are incorporated.
