Due to the good rating at Stiftung Warentest I ordered this product, Delivery worked out great. The first time you go, everything went smoothly. Upon insertion into the consumer, however, a battery has then started to hiss and steam and developed an enormous heat! Only with a potholder the schmurgelnde battery could be removed. The handling of complaints but then ran off again without problems and very accommodating. As already mentioned in the heading. Anyone can be unlucky.
