There are few good cookbooks terrine, so it is welcome. A good introduction to the ingredients, ceramic pots and tricks with illuminating pictures. Certainly if the pieces are used for terrines rather cheap (except fish terrines!) It is not always easy to find some ingredients for people like me away from cities. (I have never seen a pig liver or pig fat in my butcher and even less in my local supermarket, yet most recipes request) What is very 'lazy' in data revenues is that the ability of terrines is indicated for certain (1.2L) but not for others: for example, the gorgeous nougat recipe salted chicken with dried fruit with, among others 8 chicken breasts, what capacity terrine (s) why ???????? 1.2L surely not! It's very irritating, the publisher could have applied more rigorously. So, I'll go for it, it's been too keen, but I think he'll have to improvise (and cuddle my butcher ?!)
