A pan must lie flat on the stove, allow the oil to spread evenly, etc. - even if it might be a little oil, as here precisely at (ceramic) coated pans. Unfortunately, this is at least in the Tefal, I received, not the case: The floor arches to the middle by 2-3mm high, and that's a lot at 'ner pan! Ironically, we have our 10-year-old pan just disposed of, just for that very reason that they no longer plan over derJahre is on the glass field (induction).
That the heating of the Tefal takes longer than our "old" and that the Thermospot not uniformly true was dark äßig which I attribute to the uneven ground.
I forgive even 2 **, although I should really just give a pan 1, which does not serve its purpose, *; I have also just returned.
