Support phone bought for my delivery made without problems but after big disappointment 1) the cord in the photo is missing 2) the socket for this is mounted upside down so that the hip as we see the back of it is totally inconsistent and misleading in relation to the photo. 3) Finally I plug in a personal cord and nada it does not work I reconnects another cord and there ditto. Then I get angry and voila the machine to the bin lid closed because I do not want to see it. As dry I made a complaint AMAZON who tell me in their response they send the claim to their third-party seller. The next day, again AMAZON mail informing me I have repaid the total amount including postage. Again HATS OFF TO AMAZON AND FOR THEIR COMPREHESION REACTIVITY
