Article not working

Very disappointed with this purchase. Besides the waiting time (more than three weeks for delivery) when the battery arrived she was bulging and unusable. Could not put it to recharge from the mobile charger (which works perfectly yet) and when I wanted to test it. Instead of displaying the 3.7V indicate on the form, she showed painfully 0.1V. Handyman and gifted in electronics, I had to make myself a power to charge the battery, which when fully charged, the charge did not take more than a few minutes.
