Article was unfortunately damaged and badly processed!

Have the items specifically chosen because of its design. Just something I've been looking for! For delivery Unfortunately, I realized that the quality was very poor! The "F" from the word "Friends" was unfortunately blurred, the plexiglass was on all four brackets damaged (cracked) and also still scratched! Have the items returned immediately and causes no conversion, since this would not have been possible in the necessary time frame and I doubt that it would be better understood when you try again ... Too bad!
