The package was slightly damaged. The tree, however, remained intact. Tree looks great and not artificial. You have to carefully bend the individual branches, however. The smell is in the beginning a bit musty. Have therefore the tree one night put on terrace for fresh air and sprayed with Febreze. Since the pot is very small, you should take a planter of about 30-35 cm in diameter. Definitely recommend. Would I buy again. Have already another Palme ordered through Amazon, with whom I am also very satisfied. (Fan palm, in the bedroom)
