I am planning a holiday of several weeks, I have tentatively set up the tent in the garden.
(+) The basic structure is simple: plug together a few rods, pull through the tunnels and secure.
(-) However, putting up per se, as experienced campers, alone virtually impossible. But is also in the instructions.
(+) It was a short, but perfectly adequate guidance here.
(- - -) The carrying case is a joke ... on the one hand it is viiiiiiiel too small, on the other hand is anything but stable! My bag was torn completely after use. One needs therefore clearly a duffel bag or similar, to get everything back under.
(-) It is a pity that for the two side entrances only one set of poles and guy ropes are holding the entrance open. Means that one has to choose a side entrance.
(-) If you want to close the side door right, that's only possible by closing the screen door and only once again removed the bars and Abseilschnüre. A bit annoying!
(-) Unfortunately, there is at the front entrance no way to rig a roof etc.
(+) The ventilation options are very good. In addition, plastic windows bring light, but you can also include opaque.
(-) Only very simple pegs that like to lose his grip on wet ground.
(+) Lots of space
(+) Cabin with its own plan floor and connectable.
(- - -) Waterproof?!?! I thought, by the well-welded seams, there should be no problems with water .... Wrong! At the first rain to vulnerabilities revealed at the seams. So, money invested in waterproofing spray, which I was able to seal all seams Upper ... may nevertheless not be! What is, however, not easy to seal, the seams between walls and floor ........ gallons of water are running as pure! I also ordered for me a special sealant ....... let's see if I get it now .... are tight in the sense so no water column ....
Now, I am camping out much .... but the absolute top for good weather campers, but the tent I rely now just as little as the weather forecast ..... shame!
