As before, Nikon's Best

Very briefly, the advantages of the D300 / D300s:
1. All professionals. I know use cameras with 10 to 12 megapixels. Do not need more (for the most ambitious of us)!
2. The autofocus system is awesome and the same size as the full-size!
3. The operation is ingeniously simple, almost double occupancy and not as cluttered as the D7000.
4. The cheapest way to get to a solid metal housing.
5. Many photos can as they come from the camera are taken.
Who wants to know more can read about in the other. Who wants to just take pictures, is well served by the D300 or D300. Good tips about camera settings are Ken Rockwell. Gradually, I have gained me the good fixed focal lengths, as the 35s of NIKON, the 60s Tamron and 100 of TOKINA, here the "old" which has internal focusing. Since it does not need sharpening and you can tell in RAW comparison how much more blurred are the zoom. Last tip for a wide-angle: The Tokina are here with inner focus my choice, though the are quite heavy. But who takes along a D300s, the safe has therefore no problems. In my experience the fun of the D300s ease of use and unparalleled NIKON-feel. One should not forget, that was designed and manufactured the D300 before the tide came in Japan and before the budget cuts.
