With the following little tricks the suction cups should, however, not so easy to solve:
- Suction and underground thoroughly (eg glass cleaner)
- Dry both surfaces well and make sure that no lint or similar stick
Moisten the suction cup vacuum surface generously with hairspray -
- Press the suction cup firmly for a few seconds to the desired location
- Allow to dry completely before using (at best a few hours)
Should not also lead to the desired result, you can also use hair gel instead of hair spray.
Can be achieved by the viscous consistency by an even better adhesion. It should be quiet given a generous amount in the curvature of the suction cup. Excess hair gel is forced out when pressing on the sides and the air inside displaced, whereby a higher vacuum is generated. At the same time, the gel seals the edges and prevents air from entering.
I have attached with this method, the holder itself on porcelain tiles, where adherence was impossible before.
The suction cups have dropped since not once more.
