As charging cable only suitable

Bought as an extension of my charging cable for the iPad 4 with Lightning connector cable. Unfortunately, the store is not working. Apparently lost too much power through the intermediary between the original plugs and original cable. iPad only shows "not charging" on. With an old, much shorter USB extension (0.5 m) you go.
Charging my iPhone 4 on the original connector works with this cable, however, and the extension for NEN USB wireless receiver (wireless mouse and keyboard) to the PC goes. Hence 3 stars. Only users of the iPad, which requires significantly more power for charging should find ne other solution.
