Almost 3 years I was again pleased with the scissors. Until today my blade flew with a bang around the ears. A call to Amazon and I have to praise Amazon again, after almost 3 years of use, the scissors are exchanged. But this only when I on the 5-year warranty have alerted the customer service representative, which were indeed applied in the item description or still are.
