We had opted for a steam generator iron from Tefal. As a complement, we wanted an ironing table with suction and Aufpumpfunktion. We ended up in Jul 2011 in this part of Leifheit. In practice, the ironing board has developed the same as the second best companion to me for my better half. We were very satisfied and ironing happened so fast and easier than ever. Because no one actually wants iron. The build quality is satisfactory. The tubular frame has're not today rusted otherwise cheap-looking plastic and a NoName-blower from a Biligkaschemme is processed on the Pearl River. The price-performance ratio in terms of function is good, regarding processing simply outrageous. German Name Made in China with a huge profit margin. Until yesterday everything worked. Then the fan no longer went. As you can read in the previous reviews, we are not an isolated incident but a good feeling of control. As far as I could see that no filter has the fan as before is sucked up the dust Ironing and thus quasi committed suicide. What's in a NoName hairdryer standard one has saved from a yield perspective at the expense of customers. And without making advertising a Pope fan would survive with filters anyway. This fits well to the homepage of Leifheit. Customer service non-existent. But the stock is well explained. Already understood, profit maximization and the customer is to Dauerversuchskarnikel! The idea we found but so far convincingly that we gave back the broken table because 2 years around and had not yet got the second ironing board today. Meanwhile, we have a new fan, also from the Pearl River but processed further without filter and therefore acutely suicidal. WMF also produced only in China, but with better quality requirement, Leifheit has there still a way to go. Away from pure profiteering towards more quality and customer service.
