Certainly, "Sign Of The Hammer" now already überrezensiert and you can the whole nothing more to add new, but I would like the people out there to tell my opinion. Well ... as it has already been said often, is and will remain "Sign Of The Hammer" a milestone, which every fan should be known. One can sometimes about the band strutting (!) Or idolize it, fact is that the 4 Metal Kings have done real work here.
Let's start with the rock classic "All men play on ten" that comes along very own momentum and a lot of atmosphere has. You can not let that drag along different and needs of this great rhythm. Super Live song incidentally! After "Animal" has seen shot go by it's epic continues with "Thor (The Powerhead)". It's true that this is probably one of those tracks where divorced tastes. I must admit that I needed to 'crack' around the track also several attempts. Meanwhile, I am very positive about him and he is musically richer than today ... * cough * ... songs.
"Mountains" is the first 'Ballade' among the first 4 albums and my face! An Epic no longer surpass. Catches of this song a bit long-winded at he stomps located minutes from the 2nd in each ear canal. Just lovely!

Well ... the best is always the end, or not? The thought probably Joey DeMaio, Mastermind and Breitmaulfrosch same time when he and God composed the last track "Guyana, Cult of the Damned". Ok ... 1984 ... certainly a year that the metal scene should remain positive memories. It does not matter how you stand on the tape (that now fifty miles away ...), you have to admit just that with "Sign of the Hammer" the last great album of the band came out. Anyway, the first 4 were the best. Solely (and if you take not heard the lyrics) "Kings of Metal" is still able to the throne of "Sign Of The Hammer" to sniff ... but that was about it. Anyway ... all metal fans, Manowarfanatikern and really anyone who likes music was harder said: Here you can go wrong with a purchase nothing ... and I mean ... for this price ?! That's gift.
