Have read a lot about the Wing Sauce and had to try unbedint times. Here are my tasting, always with chicken wings from the charcoal grill. The first attempt as pure Dip: inedible, just sharp and vinegar-heavy. The second experiment mixed 1: 1 with butter: as a dip still inedible, as a marinade but ok too lax. The third attempt Pure as a marinade: was ok, good not to strong sharpness, the meaty flavor of the wings used and the charcoal flavor come good effect, but lacks salt. Betreichen to the test, the wing 10 minutes before end of cooking time with the sauce, as many use, I saved myself because I so pure absolutely not like the sauce. I will now again a part of the wing that I grill with the Louisiana Wing Sauce to marinate until the big bottle is all, they would not buy me again.
